Tech Neck Massage
Ease tension and restore comfort with a Tech Neck Relief Massage, designed to target stiffness, pain, and strain caused by prolonged technology use. This specialized treatment focuses on the neck, shoulders, and upper back using a blend of deep tissue techniques, gentle stretching, and soothing pressure to release tension and improve posture.. Perfect for those experiencing headaches, tightness, or discomfort from working at a desk or using devices for extended periods. Deep Tissue/Medical Massage
Clinical assessment and treatment of the bodies alignment, joints and connective tissue. Unlike relaxation and therapeutic massage, Medical Massge Therapy uses deeper pressure, joint physics and stretching to release muscle tension and target specific areas of the body to reduce pain and inflammation and help restore normal range of motion.

Lymphatic Drainage
Manual Lymphatic Drainage is a specialized massage technique that uses gentle, precise movements to stimulate the flow of lymph fluid through the body. The lymphatic system plays a key role in immune function, fluid balance, and the removal of cellular waste.
MLD is commonly recommended to:

Pregnancy Massage
A restorative massage designed to support the body through every stage of pregnancy and recovery. Gentle, therapeutic techniques help ease back, hip, and shoulder tension, improve circulation, and calm the nervous system. Each session is customized to your body’s changing needs, whether you’re nurturing life within or healing after birth, offering a safe, supportive space to relax, restore balance, and reconnect with yourself.

Acudetox Acupuncture
Acudetox is a specialized form of Auricular Acupuncture that aids in healing from trauma and addiction as well as supports general emotional balance & wellbeing. In its general use, AcuDetox helps support the body in managing and releasing the general day to day stresses we all encounter. This protocol consist of 5 acupuncture needles placed at specific points in each ear and requires the client to be in a lying position fr up to 45 minutes. Couples and group sessions are also available as well as massage and acudetox combination appointments.
